Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
How long will it take to get my order?
We aim to dispatch all orders received within 24 hours, at times this may be longer during busy periods. All orders are sent via courier.

How much is shipping?
Delivery costs are calculated depending on weight and are shown at the checkout, we aim to keep these costs as low as possible for you.

Can I return my product?
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. More info on our returns page.

How easy is it to setup?
Please take a moment to watch one of the ‘how to ... ‘ videos. Most of our furniture can be setup by one person in less than 2-3 minutes ... including getting into the box!
Can people really sit on the items?
Our furniture can support up to 100kgs in each sitting place. So bench, would be able to support 4-6 seated individuals. It is important that seating pads are used. In short, if you ignore these guidelines, you will need to buy a new one.
Will a spill of water will ruin it?
If liquid hot or cold, is spilled onto your Paper Lounge item, then take swift action, exactly as you would if the spillage happened on any other item of furniture, especially an upholstered piece. Mop all the liquid up as soon as you can and as thoroughly as you can. If this is done, then you can avoid permanent damage. Quick action is the key. In most cases, there will not even be a water stain. In short, if you let enough liquid soak in, often enough, you will need to buy a new one.
How heavy is the furniture?
Superman has no trouble lifting it, carrying it or opening it up. Nor will you. All the smaller items (side tables, stools, Christmas trees, footstools) can be managed easily by one person. The walls, benches, desks will need two people to open and setup but can still be carried by one person in most cases.
Is it a fire hazard?
It’s occasional furniture made from very durable kraft paper ... it doesn’t have built in sprinkler systems, and reacts to fire as you’d expect paper based things to ... we do not recommend our furniture is positioned near to open flames, sat on around a bonfire, used as a fireworks launchpad ... in short, if you set fire to it, you will need to buy a new one.
My cat will destroy it using it as a scratch pad?
If your cat (or dog) has decided that the Paper Lounge furniture item you’ve purchased is its Scratch Post and is determined enough ... then yes, it will ruin the item beyond repair or use. But that’s not really any different to what it could do to a similarly chosen upholstered traditional furniture item is it? In short, if you let your cat use it as a scratch post, you will need to buy a new one.
